Samsung expressed its commitment to integrating AI into its devices.

According to a report by Businesskorea, Samsung aims to provide users with new experiences through AI technology in Galaxy devices, with plans to make it available in 2024. The technology Samsung is referring to utilizes in-device generative AI, eliminating the need for an internet connection. This means that Samsung Galaxy phone users will be able to access various services through simple commands without internet access, similar to the capabilities of ChatGPT.

The report also highlights Samsung's active development of its own generative AI technology to achieve this objective. It is speculated that Samsung may combine the strengths of ChatGPT and Google Bard to offer content creation based on specific keywords. Industry insiders suggest that this AI technology may be featured in the upcoming Galaxy S24 series.

In addition, Samsung aims to position the Galaxy S24 series as the most intelligent AI phones to date. This AI technology may also power the Galaxy Z6, expected to launch in the second half of 2024. It is reported that Samsung is preparing to rival Apple's launch of the iPhone 16 series, which is expected to feature in-device AI technology in the second half of 2024.
