Separate raw and cooked, do not mix

On the other hand, raw foods such as raw tofu and vegetables should be placed on the lower two shelves. Do not put food in the refrigerator when it is too hot

Avoid thawing frozen food repeatedly

So it is strongly recommended to thaw frozen food only once. Before placing meat in the freezer, it is advisable to divide it into suitable portions and thaw only one package at a time. The practice helps maintain the quality of the food and reduces the potential for bacterial growth and contamination.

Keep the refrigerator no more than 70% full

To promote proper air circulation within the refrigerator and ensure that the temperature remains at a desirable level, it is essential to leave some space between the food items or containers placed inside. It is recommended to fill the refrigerator to a maximum of 70% capacity.
